Return Policy
All returns must meet the following conditions. Otherwise, they will be rejected and returned to you at your expense:
- The product must have been purchased from Rebamp.
- It must be in original condition, with no physical damage (excluding damage during shipping).
- All accessories, manuals, and original materials must be included.
- Original UPC/serial number must be intact on the product and packaging.
- A valid RMA number must be obtained from our website or customer service.
Additional conditions:
- RMA must be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- No restocking fee for defective, DOA, or shipping-damaged items.
- Report visible shipping damage within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- If the product was sold with free shipping, Rebamp will refund the full sale amount.
- Returns missing any components will not be processed until all parts are received.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise; replacements ship at Rebamp's expense.
- Items must be properly packaged to avoid damage during return transit.
- Refunds will be issued after inspection and approval, credited to the original payment method.
