At Rebamp, we are committed to providing quality products and a reliable shopping experience. We understand that issues may occasionally arise, which is why we offer a clear and fair return policy to ensure your peace of mind. Below, you’ll find the conditions under which returns, refunds, or replacements are accepted.

Return Policy

All returns must meet the following conditions. Otherwise, they will be rejected and returned to you at your expense:

  • The product must have been purchased from Rebamp.
  • It must be in original condition, with no physical damage (excluding damage during shipping).
  • All accessories, manuals, and original materials must be included.
  • Original UPC/serial number must be intact on the product and packaging.
  • A valid RMA number must be obtained from our website or customer service.

Additional conditions:

  • RMA must be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • No restocking fee for defective, DOA, or shipping-damaged items.
  • Report visible shipping damage within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • If the product was sold with free shipping, Rebamp will refund the full sale amount.
  • Returns missing any components will not be processed until all parts are received.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise; replacements ship at Rebamp's expense.
  • Items must be properly packaged to avoid damage during return transit.
  • Refunds will be issued after inspection and approval, credited to the original payment method.
